Erica Weeks is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of the built environment while enhancing the human experience and exceeding financial expectations. With more than 15 years of sustainability consulting experience, her cross-collaboration with owners, engineers, and contractors has been instrumental in delivering successful projects. Her impressive portfolio includes over 200 certified buildings across 18 states.
Recognized as one of Nashville’s Women of Influence in 2017 for her mentoring efforts, Erica continues to volunteer her expertise to local students, advisory boards, and national committees, such as the USGBC’s Water Technical Advisory Group, where she is the current chair. A passionate advocate for sustainable practices, she is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and events about the future of sustainability and its impact on the built environment.
