“The key to successful implementation is understanding the business needs behind the building and developing strategies that support those needs.”
Candice Rogers has dedicated over two decades to advancing sustainability. Growing up in the building industry, she was fascinated by how buildings functioned and their impact on people’s lives. This grew into an engrained desire to create environments that positively influence the planet and others.
For her, Paladin’s services are about caretaking. Sustainability conserves resources, makes thoughtful choices, and respects the planet. She believes good commissioning is essential, likening it to positive accountability that ensures resources are used wisely and expectations are met. Direct-to-owner engineering empowers clients with the knowledge and solutions needed.
Her child once told her Paladin feels like a family not a workplace. Being part of building the team and shaping the culture have been driving forces for her. That sense of community and teamwork is at the core of Paladin’s values, knowing that working alongside great people is a hallmark of success.
