Since 2012, Paladin has contributed to the future of our industry by funding the Paladin Building Sciences Scholarship through the Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS).
This scholarship is awarded to students continuing their education at a four-year institution in building sciences, construction, or sustainability. These are the fields that shape how our communities are built, experienced, and sustained over time.
At Paladin, we believe good work goes beyond the buildings themselves. It is about people, opportunity, and creating something that lasts.
Our team is driven by curiosity, grit, and a genuine respect for the craft. This industry shapes how people live and experience the world around them, and supporting students pursuing this path is a natural extension of what we do.

We are honored to recognize Joshaun Brown as the most recent recipient of the Paladin Building Sciences Scholarship.
Joshaun is pursuing a path toward becoming a licensed architect, with the goal of contributing to projects that positively shape both physical spaces and the communities around them.
Reflecting on his journey, Joshaun shared:
“I attribute my continued educational journey to the leading and direction of God. Without Him, I am not sure I would have continued pursuing a degree. He led me here.”
He also shared his appreciation for the support behind the scholarship:
We are grateful to partner with KCTCS in supporting students like Joshaun and look forward to seeing the impact he will make in the years ahead.
